With 27 years in the hospitality industry owning and running hotels, pubs & restaurants we decided to take a well earned break 2 years ago, only to come across this gorgeous Lyme Regis Town House Hotel in need of renovation, it took six months to complete, re-opening April 2009 as Hotel 1 Lyme.

Our aim is to bring our wealth of experience to a small contemporary Bed & Breakfast Hotel with fabulous rooms, comfortable beds a great breakfast and relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Lyme Regis.

We look forward to sharing our little bit of Lyme Regis with you.

How to find us...and car parking

Car Parking

Parking can be found at the top of Pound Street 250 yards away in Holmbush Car Park, the fees here are £1.00 per day and 40p overnight, to calculate the fees always add on the day you are leaving as this prevents you from going up first thing in the morning to feed the meter, ie 2 nights stay would be £3.80 (3 days and 2 nights) 3 nights stay £5.20 (4 days and 3 nights) etc, it does not give these details on the machine, but you are allowed to put in up to £6.00 in one go, always keep your ticket if you go out and about for you to display on your return.
