Terms & Conditions

We require a deposit of one nights stay, reserved with a valid credit/debit card, confirmation will be sent either by letter or email if booked directly with the hotel or via email from our on line booking agency. The deposit is refundable if cancelled with 28 days notice. Bookings cancelled within 28 days of your arrival is non refundable, this also applies to bookings made within 28 days of your arrival, which is in the cancellation period.

If we are able to re let the room at the original rate we will refund your deposit, once that date has passed and we have received payment from the new booking, if the room is re let at a lesser rate eg single occupancy, the refund will be apportioned accordingly.

We accept cash, most major credit/debit cards, cheques with a valid cheque card.
